The lovely Lion Brand Ice Cream Lemon Meringue yarn. The simple crochet design features a yarn that is machine washable and dryable, and the blanket stitches are tightly done to prevent little hands from getting caught in the stitches.
The lemon meringue yarn has this soft yellow-and-cream swirl that looks even cuter in person, and the tight stitches have held up through several washes already. I've machine dried it twice now with zero pilling, which honestly surprised me.

I've washed this blanket three times already and it still looks brand new, no pilling or fading at all. The stitches are tight enough that my toddler can't pull them loose, which was my main worry.
