Biona Organic Lemon Juice is made from 100% natural organic lemons with no added sugar. Our pure pressed lemon juice is not from concentrate and has the tart, refreshing taste of freshly squeezed lemons. Perfect added to juices, salad dressings or used in cooking and baking. Filled in a recyclable glass bottle.
I was skeptical about bottled lemon juice until this one — the tartness actually tastes fresh, not flat or artificial. No added sugar is a big plus since I squeeze it into water and salad dressings daily.
Not from concentrate makes a real difference, you can taste it straight off the spoon without that weird tinny aftertaste. I use it for salad dressings and it's tart enough that a little goes a long way.
I've been buying this for my morning tea for months now, and the difference from the bottled concentrate stuff is obvious — it actually tastes like a lemon I just cut open. No sugar added is a big plus since I'm watching my intake.
