The linen has that lived-in softness right out of the package, no break-in period needed. I've been sleeping under it for a week and the adobe color is even richer in person, plus the buttons make swapping inserts effortless.

The garment washing makes a huge difference, no scratchy break-in period at all. It softened up even more after the second wash and now it's the only cover I want on my bed.

This linen is so soft right out of the package, no scratchiness at all. The adobe color is warm and looks exactly like the photos, and the garment washed texture gives it a relaxed feel. It's breathable enough that I stopped waking up sweaty.
