Riley ★★★★★

The 12-inch cylinder is enormous, but the hand pump makes it easy to control the pressure. I swapped in the smallest donut first and got a snug seal without any discomfort.

Miles D. ★★★★☆

The three interchangeable donuts let me dial in the fit perfectly, though I wish the hand pump had a slightly wider grip. It’s doing exactly what I needed for my size.

Ava ★★★★☆

I've been using this for a few weeks and the 12-inch cylinder really does accommodate without any discomfort. The hand pump gives smooth, steady suction once you get the rhythm down.
