Leo Z. ★★★★★

This rice has a wonderful, nutty aroma as it cooks and the texture is perfect, fluffy but not sticky. Really happy to find it’s now regenerative organic certified, makes me feel good about what I’m eating.

Sophia ★★★★☆

The texture is a bit firmer than standard white jasmine, which I actually like for meal prep since it doesn't get mushy. Knowing it's grown with regenerative practices that help the soil is a nice bonus, though the cook time is slightly longer than I'm used to.
