Lily Y. ★★★★★

Finally got to try this organic short grain rice, and the texture is spot-on for sushi—sticky but not mushy. Knowing it’s grown with regenerative organic practices makes me feel good about the purchase.

Steven M. ★★★★☆

Noticed the grains have a bit more chew than standard white rice, which I actually prefer for making nigiri. Only minor thing is the package says 2 cups water per cup rice but I needed a splash more to get it tender enough for rolling.
