Victoria ★★★★★

The wine pairing with the taquitos was honestly the highlight of our shower—the red cut through the fat beautifully. Both the paleta and the taquitos are labeled 50% Ibérico, and you can really taste the difference.

Violet ★★★★★

The paleta slices were the first thing I opened and honestly they're dangerously good, rich and fatty with that proper ibérico texture. The wine is a nice pairing but the cured meat is the real star here, perfect for a small gathering.

Hannah K. ★★★★★

The eight little packs of ibérico jerky were a hit—each one disappeared before the wine bottle was even half empty. The two taquitos were the perfect size to slice up for crostini, and everything felt like a proper Spanish spread without any effort.
