Add a touch of shimmer to your epoxy projects with these gold polyester flakes from EcoPoxy. Perfect for creating a subtle metallic effect in resin art, crafts, and coatings.
The gold flakes mixed into my resin coasters way more evenly than the cheap craft glitter I used before, no clumping at all. A little goes a long way, so the small jar will last me through several pours.
I was a bit nervous the flakes would clump in my resin, but they dispersed evenly and that gold shimmer is honestly gorgeous under a top coat. A tiny pinch goes a long way, so the bag should last me through several projects.
The metallic effect is exactly what I wanted for my resin coasters, and the gold color pops beautifully without looking cheap. Even mixed into a thicker pour, the flakes stayed evenly suspended and didn’t sink to the bottom.
