Andrew ★★★★★

The non-slip base on this balance trainer is a game-changer—I never once felt like I was sliding around, even during a sweaty session. The 23-inch ball is the perfect size for my home workouts, and the resistance bands add a solid bonus for toning my arms.

Eva ★★★★★

I was honestly a little skeptical about balance trainers since I'm not exactly coordinated, but the non-slip texture on the 23-inch ball gave me way more confidence than I expected. The base feels sturdy with those six feet, and the resistance bands are a nice bonus for squeezing in arm work between

Natalie M. ★★★★★

The ABS base with six slip-resistant feet feels rock-solid even on my hardwood floors, and the band hooks haven’t budged once during squats. I’ve used it every morning for two weeks now, and the texture on the ball keeps my feet planted way better than my old flat board.
