Migraines suck. Not only do they hurt like hell but they take you away from the normal business of life. And they rob you of time that you want to be spending with your loved ones. *shakes fist at migraines*

Migraine Rabbit features a broken heart to indicate the emotional pain caused by all that lost time. It's got red, tired eyes. And a split down the middle of the skull. There are also scars on the arms to indicate the general physical despair caused by migraines.
But most importantly... there's a removable Migraine Brain Octopus you can stick atop Migraine Rabbit's head. That little jerk... look at its angry eyes. It knows what it's doing!
One final detail... embroidered on the bottom of the feet: Symbols for a Crowd and a Shooting Star - taken from Alchemy. These represent the ominous and unpredictable arrival of terrible pain in the head.
