Ryan ★★★★★

The 25 grams of protein in this actually made me feel full without that heavy, sluggish stomach I usually get before training. I heated it up at my desk and the chilli smell alone got me through the afternoon. Solid pick for a quick lunch that doesn't sit like a brick.

Ava C. ★★★★★

Two bowls of this before my long runs and I’ve noticed my legs don’t feel as dead at mile ten. The 25 grams of protein actually makes it feel like a proper meal, not just a carb bomb.

Mia ★★★★★

The heat level is perfect—it warms me up without wrecking my stomach before a long run. I’m genuinely impressed by how much protein’s packed in here, and the pasta holds up well even when I’m eating it out of a thermos. This is my new go-to for race mornings.
