Roasted to order and shipped weekly, so the beans are always at peak freshness when the bag lands — I can smell the difference the moment I open it. The washed processing gives a clean, bright cup that pulls beautifully as espresso, and three months of steady supply means I never run out mid-week.

The weekly cadence is perfect — I never run out, and each bag lands with a roast date stamped right on it so I know it's fresh. The traceability details for each single-origin lot make brewing feel more intentional, and the espresso pulls sweet and balanced every time.

First bag arrived two days after roasting and the crema on my morning shot is genuinely thicker than anything I've had from a supermarket bean. The traceability info on the pack is a nice touch, makes the whole ritual feel more considered.
