The traceability aspect really sold me—knowing exactly where each month's beans come from makes the morning brew feel more intentional. Six months of prepaid coverage means I never panic about running out, and the filter-washed process has been consistently clean and bright.

Six months of never having to think about running out of beans, and every bag has been a fresh, traceable surprise. The filter-washed selection has been consistently bright and clean, which is exactly what I want for my morning pour-over.

Knowing I have six months of coffee locked in takes a whole decision off my plate each morning. The filter washed beans have been consistently sweet and clean, and the traceability info adds a nice touch I’ve come to look forward to each delivery.
