Revolution Super Flick Liquid Eyeliner

The tip is so fine I can get a sharp wing in one go, and the black is intensely pigmented without needing multiple passes. It stays put through my whole workday without smudging, which is exactly what I need.

The felt tip on this is so fine that I can actually get the wing sharp on the first try instead of fixing it three times. It dries fast too, no smudging when I blink right after.

I've been wearing this wing every day for two weeks and it hasn't smudged once, even through a sweaty commute. The black is properly deep, not that watery grey you get with cheap liners. Drawing the flick takes me about ten seconds now.
