The Shelly Wave Shutter LR is a Z-Wave device designed for shutter control.
Setting up the Z-Wave pairing took me a few tries, but once it connected the shutter control has been rock solid. Now my living room blinds open and close on schedule without me touching anything.
Finally got my upstairs bedroom shutters on a schedule instead of running up there every morning. Inclusion took a couple tries, but once it was on the network the open/close positioning has been dead accurate. The long-range radio even reaches the far corner of the house through two walls.
After dealing with a finicky Wi-Fi shutter controller for a year, this Z-Wave one has been rock solid — no dropped commands in three weeks. The LR range actually reaches my garage blinds through two walls, which I honestly didn't expect.
