I've washed this quilt three times already and the cross-stitch pattern hasn't pulled or frayed at all. The three layers make it warm without feeling heavy, so it works in spring and fall both.

The organic cotton is breathable enough that I've used this quilt alone on warm nights and layered it under a duvet when it got colder. Three layers sounds heavy but it's actually pretty light. The sageleaf color looks softer in person than on screen, which I ended up liking more.

The cross-stitch texture gives it a nice handmade look without feeling scratchy, and the sageleaf green is softer in person than on screen. It's breathable enough for summer but I still threw it on for a nap in October.
