Category: Wildgrain

Made by Le Gall, a century-old French family-run creamery, this traditional butter is crafted from 100% grass-fed (full-year grazing) cream. The perfect complement to our artisan breads, it takes 24 hours to produce, using carefully selected creams churned in traditional barrels. We are excited for you to experience its unique flavor and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ellie O. ★★★★★

The grassy, full-year grazing cream really comes through—it’s richer and more complex than any supermarket butter I’ve tried. One tiny pat on my toast was enough to taste the truffle, and the 24-hour churn makes it impossibly smooth. I’m already planning my next loaf around it.

Timothy ★★★★★

Spread it on warm sourdough and it melted into this silky, truffle-kissed pool that made the whole kitchen smell incredible. You can taste the grass-fed cream in every bite, and the 24-hour churning really does make it feel lighter than any supermarket butter I've tried.

Grace ★★★★★

I was skeptical about paying this much for butter, but the 24-hour churning process really shows—it’s impossibly creamy and the truffle flavor is rich without being overpowering. One thin slice melted over a warm baguette and honestly, that was dinner.
