The top shelf is perfect for my folded sweaters and it barely sticks out from the wall, so my hallway still feels wide. I loaded it with about 60 pounds of jackets and the whole thing hasn't budged a millimeter. Installation took me less than half an hour with a drill.

I was skeptical about a wall rack holding much, but this one’s rated for 132 pounds and feels rock solid once it’s up. The top shelf is great for baskets, and the 42.9-inch rod fits a surprising number of shirts without sagging. Just wish the mounting screws were a bit longer, but it’s been perfect
