The hexagon shape is what sold me, it actually stays flat in my bag instead of rolling around like my old round one. Took it to the beach last weekend and the 2X side was perfect for fixing my eyeliner after a swim.
The hexagon shape is surprisingly handy—it lies flat in my purse without taking up much room, and the 2X side is clear enough for mascara touch-ups. Only wish the mirror came with a tiny pouch to protect it from scratches, but otherwise it does the job.
The 2X magnification side is genuinely useful for getting eyeliner right, and the mirror stays securely closed in my purse. I just wish it came with a little pouch since the glossy finish picks up scratches pretty easily.
