Tiene un final largo y una gran complejidad, creada por los dos tipos diferentes de Té Oolong. Combinado con discretas notas afrutadas de hibisco y el sencha. La versión perfecta de un vino rosé sin alcohol. Marida a la perfección con platos ligeros, en especial con pescados.Contiene sulfitos. Se recomienda consumir a 5ºC en copa de champagne.
