Unwashed fabric. Shrinkage approximately 5-8%.

A wide linen fabric with naturally occurring slubs, offering an earthy and natural feel. This plain-woven linen starts crisp and becomes softer with each wash. With its lightweight 160 g/m² composition, it is ideal for bedding linens, providing a breathable and comfortable sleep experience. Perfect for crafting duvet covers, pillowcases, and sheets that embody both durability and softness over time.

We recommend ordering a linen swatch before purchasing, as each piece is cut to order and therefore non-returnable unless faulty.

George ★★★★★

The crispness right out of the bolt is exactly what I wanted for structured drapery, and the weave feels substantial without being heavy. I washed a test swatch and it softened beautifully, just as described—already planning a second cut for summer shirts.

Penelope L. ★★★★★

The crisp hand-feel straight off the bolt is exactly what I wanted for structured drapery, and even after a pre-wash it kept that lovely, slightly rustic texture. Cutting it was a breeze with a sharp rotary blade, no fraying nightmares mid-project. It’s already softening up nicely on the second wash

Harper ★★★★☆

The slubs are more pronounced than I expected, giving it that authentic handmade look I was after. I made a tablecloth and the 5% shrinkage after pre-washing was spot on, so just account for that. It does soften up nicely after the first couple of washes.
