The caramel and chocolate notes come through smooth and rich, with just enough acidity to keep it lively. I've brewed it in my pour-over every morning this week and the balance is spot on. Fairtrade and organic makes it feel even better to drink.

That chocolate-and-caramel note really comes through in the crema, and the citrus acidity keeps it from feeling heavy. I've brewed it as a pour-over every morning for two weeks now, and the bag's aroma is still just as rich as day one.

The caramel note really comes through in the finish, and the acidity is smooth enough that I don't need to add anything to it. I've been brewing it in a pour-over and the whole bag's been consistently sweet and balanced, which is rare for me.
