Elaboración

Viña Caeira 2022, se ha elaborado con la intervención mínima necesaria para respetar la nobleza de los pequeños y compactos racimos de la variedad Albariño de la Finca Pesqueiras. La vendimia de esta uva es manual en cajas de 12kg, ya que el emparrado propio de este viñedo así lo requiere. Fermentaciones pausadas, a temperaturas bajas, para preservar la integridad aromática de la uva. Tras la fermentación se hace una crianza sobre lías durante aproximadamente 4 meses donde se adquiere el equilibrio justo entre la acidez, el frescor y el volumen del vino.

Maridaje:

Sublime con quesos gallegos como los de Arzúa-Ulloa. Zamburiñas y navajas a la plancha o unos deliciosos mejillones de ría. Los pescados se rinden ante vinos como Viña Caeira: besugo, rodaballo y bacalao. Perfecto con comida japonesa como sushi y sashimi.
