Jason ★★★★★

These lentils cooked up perfectly tender in about 25 minutes with no soaking, and the fact that they come in a fully recyclable paper bag makes me feel better about my pantry staples. They’re clean and earthy-tasting, exactly what you’d expect from an organic crop.

Ryan ★★★★★

Boiled these up for a hearty soup and they held their shape perfectly, no mushiness at all. The fact that they're grown without pesticides on a small farm in Turkey makes me feel good about every spoonful.

Timothy ★★★★★

The paper bag is a nice touch—feels sturdy and goes straight into recycling without a second thought. These lentils hold their shape nicely after a simmer, no mushiness at all, which makes them great for soups and salads.
