I've been using these for a few weeks now, and the ash handle fits my grip perfectly—much more comfortable than my old set. The blades came razor sharp out of the box and the cryogenic treatment seems to make them hold that edge longer.
The chrome-vanadium blades hold an edge noticeably longer than my old set, and I only have to touch them up every few projects. The ash handles feel solid in hand without being bulky, which surprised me for the price.
I've been paring dovetails with these for a few weeks and the edge retention on the Rc61-63 blades is genuinely impressive, I'm touching up far less often than with my old set. The tapered sides let me get into tight half-blind corners without mangling them, which was the main reason I upgraded.
