Gomas de Shilajit

Three weeks in and my afternoon slump is just gone—this 150mg extract dose in a gummy form makes it stupid easy to stay consistent. Even the zinc and B vitamins are a nice bonus I didn't expect.

The gummies taste way better than I expected, and the 150mg shilajit extract per serving is easy to get down without that weird earthy aftertaste. I've noticed a steadier mood and less afternoon slump since starting them, which I'm crediting to the ashwagandha and B vitamin mix.

Three weeks in and my energy actually lasts past 3pm without a crash, which never happened with coffee alone. The gummies taste like a mild berry candy, not chalky like my old powder, and I love that I'm getting ashwagandha and zinc in the same chewy bite.
