The glaze has a lovely matte finish that feels smooth and slightly cool to the touch, and the mug itself is a nice generous size for a proper hot chocolate. I've used mine every morning since it arrived and it's become my favourite.
The handle feels perfectly balanced in my hand, and the ceramic is just thick enough to keep my hot chocolate warm without burning my fingers. Arrived carefully wrapped, and it's already my go-to mug for cozy evenings.
The glazed finish is so smooth and the mug feels properly substantial in your hands—perfect for cradling a hot chocolate on a chilly evening. Hand-made charm really shows in the slightly uneven rim, and the white glaze goes with everything in my cupboard.
