16 cm empire-skärm i aqua röd Tuffley rynkad bomull från GP & J Baker

The gathered cotton has a lovely soft texture that diffuses the light into a warm glow rather than a harsh glare. The 16cm empire shape is smaller than I pictured, but it looks perfect on my bedside lamp. The seaweed motif is subtle enough to feel timeless instead of fussy.

I was worried the aqua red combo would clash, but the gathered cotton softens both colors nicely. The 16cm empire shape sits perfectly on my small bedside lamp and throws a warm, patterned light.

The seaweed motif on this shade is even prettier in person, those little swirling fronds catch the light nicely when the lamp's on. Gathered cotton gives it a soft, slightly textured look rather than a flat print. It's 16cm so it suits a smaller base, just measure before you order.
