I was skeptical about customizing a hat online, but the embroidered letter on the front came out perfectly centered and clean. The cotton fabric has a nice, structured feel that holds its shape without being stiff.

The 100% cotton fabric feels breathable and sturdy, so it held its shape through a whole day of wear. Got a small symbol stitched on the front and it came out crisp, exactly the kind of subtle detail that makes it feel mine.

Had my name embroidered on the front and the cotton is thick enough that it keeps its shape all day. Wore it through a sweaty afternoon and it still looks crisp, which surprised me. The personalization really does make it feel like mine.
