Riley ★★★★★

I’ve been adding these to soups all winter and the firm texture really holds up, even after a long simmer. They’re a solid source of protein and fiber, so they make a simple meal feel more substantial without much effort.

Joseph ★★★★★

These held their shape beautifully in a slow-cooked soup, and the firm bite is exactly what I want from beluga lentils. My stew came out hearty and satisfying, and I’m already planning to toss the rest into a warm grain bowl tonight.

I’ve been using these in my lunch salads all week and they hold that firm bite even after sitting in dressing overnight, which is exactly what I needed. The fiber and protein content makes them a solid base for a quick stew when I’m short on time.
