Carmencita Svartpeppar

I've been using these sun-dried peppercorns for a few weeks now and the flavor is so much more intense than the pre-ground stuff I used to buy. Grinding them fresh takes about five seconds, and the spicy kick really comes through in sauces and scrambled eggs.

The grinder releases that sharp, intense aroma the moment you twist it — exactly what I wanted for finishing dishes. These peppercorns are properly sun-dried, so the flavor stays bold and lively right up to the last grind.

The peppercorns are beautifully sun-dried and smell intensely fresh the second you open the tin. Grinding them right over the pan makes a noticeable difference, the aroma really holds its kick way better than my old pre-ground jar. Steady, rich heat without any dullness.
