Gjutjärnskakform med röda grytlappar

The pan held up beautifully at 450°F without a hint of warping, and the seasoned cast iron released my cake with zero sticking. The included red potholders are thick enough that I never felt the heat through them, which made handling the hot pan actually comfortable.

The fluted edges came out perfectly crisp and the potholders are a thoughtful extra—my hands stayed safe pulling it from the oven. Seasoned right out of the box, so I didn't have to fuss with any prep. This pan's heft feels like it'll last forever.

The cast iron heats so evenly that the fluted pattern comes out crisp every single time, and the included potholders are a thoughtful bonus since the pan gets seriously heavy. My cake slid right out thanks to the pre-seasoned surface, no sticking at all.
