Hydrant SLEEP | Snabb återfuktning med magnesium, GABA & L-Theanin

I was skeptical about drinking two glasses of water before bed, but the chamomile and GABA chill me out faster than my usual wind-down routine. Woke up without that groggy heaviness and actually felt like getting out of bed before my alarm.

The magnesium and L-theanine combo actually does its job—I’m asleep within twenty minutes of finishing my glass, and I wake up without that groggy fog. This is the first sleep drink that doesn’t leave me feeling weighed down the next morning.

Mixed a packet into my water about 30 minutes before bed and the chamomile hit me right as I climbed in—woke up after a full night without that groggy fog, which hasn’t happened in months. The magnesium and GABA combo really does take the edge off, even on my most wired nights.
