That lavender note with the pepper spice is what sold me—it gives the gin a floral warmth that most juniper-forward bottles just don't have. Mixed with a light tonic and a grapefruit peel, it's dangerously easy to finish a glass before dinner's even ready.
The citrus really comes through on the first sip—that zesty lemon and grapefruit make it feel brighter than most gins I've tried. Poured it over ice with a light tonic and the lavender note lingers nicely on the finish.
This gin’s balance is spot on—the Tuscan juniper stays smooth while that floral lavender comes through on the finish, not just the nose. Mixed it with a light tonic and a lemon wheel, and honestly, it was dangerously easy to sip.
