Cracked one open after a long shift and the clean, crisp finish hit exactly right—it’s the kind of lager that makes you forget the day without trying too hard. Definitely grabbing another pack for the next unplanned Friday.
I didn't expect a Japanese-style rice lager to be this smooth, but the crispness really comes through from the first sip. Grabbed a few for a casual sushi night and they paired perfectly without weighing things down.
The rice lager finish is so clean it almost feels like a palate reset between sushi rolls—exactly what I wanted for a low-key Saturday. Crisp from the first sip to the last, and it kept its shine even after the ice melted a bit. Definitely my new go-to for nights that stay uncomplicated.
