Prisdifferens

Contacted them about an extra shipping charge and the difference was sorted out same day, no back and forth. The email consultation before ordering was a nice touch, kept me from buying the wrong thing. Payment went through clean and the order moved right along after.

Paying the difference for shipping went through without a hitch once I got the confirmation email. It's not a physical product, just a charge to cover extra freight, but the amount matched exactly what was quoted. Took maybe a day to sort out.

The email confirmation process felt a bit odd at first, but it's actually a smart way to make sure everything's correct before you commit. Shipping got sorted out in the reply, so I knew exactly what I was paying for.
