Punch 8" P2 4-Ohm DVC Subwoofer

Finally a sub that fits under my seat without sacrificing depth. The dual 4-ohm voice coil gave me flexibility to match my amp’s load, and at 250 watts RMS it hits surprisingly clean for an 8-inch. Took less than an hour to install, and the grille insert option is a nice touch for protection.

Wired it down to 2 ohms in my truck's sealed box and the dual 4-ohm coil gave me exactly the flexibility I needed. 250 watts RMS is plenty, and even with the grille insert on, it fits snug without rattling the trim.

Bass hits way harder than I expected from an 8-inch, and the 250-watt RMS rating means my amp isn't even breaking a sweat. The dual 4-ohm coil gave me the wiring flexibility I needed, though I did have to pull the box out twice to get the connections just right.
