The hole pattern is so uniform that my shots are pulling consistently in the same time window every single morning now. I was skeptical about upgrading a basket, but the even extraction has made a noticeable difference in the sweetness of my espresso.
I was honestly shocked at how much more even my shots pulled once I switched to this basket. The precision hole distribution is no joke, and the extraction is noticeably cleaner, bringing out flavors I didn't even know my beans had.
Paired this with a bottomless portafilter and my shots are finally running at a steady 28 seconds instead of all over the place. The uniform hole size is night and day compared to my old basket, and the ridgeless edge makes seating it in the group head feel effortless.
