The pattern is genuinely mesmerizing once the light hits it, and I was surprised how much food this 10.5-inch plate holds without feeling crowded. It's got a slight imperfection near the rim that doesn't bother me at all, given the price.

The star pattern really does catch the light as you carry it to the table, and the 10.5-inch size fits a full dinner without anything spilling over the rim. It arrived with a tiny glaze nick on the edge, but for a "seconds" piece that doesn't bother me one bit given the price.
