The lipid barrier breakdown is exactly what I was worried about, and after three weeks my skin finally feels bouncier instead of tight and crepey. It's a pill, so no sticky serums or waiting around for layers to dry, and the plumpness is noticeable by mid-afternoon.

I was skeptical about swallowing my way to better skin, but after three weeks my face feels noticeably bouncier and the fine lines around my eyes look less etched in. The lipid barrier angle makes sense to me now, and it's a lot easier than layering on another serum every night.

My dry patches around my nose have calmed down way more than I expected, and I love that it targets the lipid barrier rather than just slapping moisture on top. Two capsules a day and my makeup sits smoother, which is the real test for me.
