The blue chamomile is the star here—it’s softer and more rounded than the lavender, which I usually find too sharp in sleep sprays. I put a few drops on my pillow and the musk lingers just enough to keep me grounded through the night.
I wasn’t expecting the soft musk to ground the whole thing so well—it’s like the lavender and chamomile finally have somewhere to land. Sprayed it on my pillowcase and the blue gold story bit actually made me feel like I was drifting off with the narrative.
Sprayed this on my pillow about 20 minutes before bed and the lavender-chamomile blend genuinely calmed my racing thoughts—the soft musk keeps it from feeling too floral. I've been reaching for it every night since it arrived, and I'm sleeping deeper than I have in weeks.
