I finished this in a weekend and the texture is what sold me, those raised stitches give it so much more depth than a plain knit blanket. It's surprisingly soft for something so thick, and it's already the first thing everyone grabs on movie night.
This afghan turned out way chunkier and cozier than I expected, and the bold texture is what really sells it. The knit pattern was easy to follow, and it only took me a few evenings. It's draped over the back of my couch now and everyone asks about it.
The Wool-Ease Thick & Quick yarn makes this work up so fast, and the texture really pops once it's done. It's already draped over the back of my couch and I keep catching myself running my hand over the bumps.
