The lacquer on this one is seriously vibrant in person, way richer than the product photos suggest. I've been using it daily for a week and the stainless barrel feels solid without being heavy, plus the brass trim gives it a nice vintage look on my desk.
The twist-top mechanism is buttery smooth, and that stainless barrel with the lacquer finish has taken a beating in my bag without a single scratch. Writes beautifully right out of the tube, too.
The twist-top mechanism feels smooth and precise every time I click it, and the stainless barrel has a nice weight that makes writing feel deliberate. It’s become my go-to for signing documents at my desk, and the brass trim gives it a classy look that pops against the lacquer.
