#1000 / #6000 磨刀石，附磨刀石修正石與除鏽擦 | 高級磨刀石套組 | Dalstrong ©

My old knives went from struggling through a tomato to gliding through it after one session with the #6000 side. The nagura stone is a nice touch for keeping the surface level, and honestly the rust eraser has already saved one blade I'd written off. It's a solid kit if you're tired of dull edges.

The two separate stones are a game-changer—I can switch from the #1000 to the #6000 without stopping to clean anything. The included nagura stone kept the surface level even after a long session on my oldest chef’s knife, and the rust eraser actually took off the stubborn spots I’d given up on.

The rust eraser alone is worth it—my old knife had a few spots I couldn't clean with anything else, and it took them right off. The #6000 side leaves a mirror finish that makes slicing tomatoes feel effortless, and the nagura stone keeps both grits leveled nicely.
