2 Gringos Chupacabra - RIBNOXIOUS 肋排調味料 | 198 克

Rubbed this into a rack of baby backs before a four-hour smoke and the crust came out dark and sticky. It's the balance that gets me, sweet up front with a mild heat that lingers instead of burning. The 198 g tin lasted me three cooks, which is more than I expected.

The sweetness hits first and then that gentle heat sneaks up on you, which is exactly what I want in a Texas-style rub. Used it on grilled chicken thighs and the crust came out great, no burning even over direct flame. My new go-to for anything off the grill.

Didn't expect the sweetness to hit first, but then that gentle heat kicks in right at the end and it just works on pork shoulder. Kept a jar in the cupboard for weeknight grilling too, not just long smokes.
