The dough slips out effortlessly and the oval shape gives my loaves that bakery-style lift I could never get freehand. First try and the pattern pressed into the crust looked genuinely artisan, not just homemade.

My first loaf came out with that perfect rustic swirl pattern on the crust, and the oval shape gives it a bakery-style look I couldn't get before. The basket is surprisingly sturdy and holds its form well when the dough rises.

The cane weave is tight and smooth, so my dough doesn’t stick at all even without extra flour. It’s the first time my loaves come out of the oven looking like they came from a proper bakery.
