The gathered cotton gives the shade a lovely texture that catches light differently depending on the time of day, and the green-blue seaweed pattern feels rich without being loud. The 25cm empire shape fits my small bedside lamp perfectly.

Swapped out a plain white drum for this 25cm gathered cotton shade and the whole corner instantly feels warmer. The green-blue seaweed pattern is subtle in daylight but really comes alive when the lamp's switched on in the evening.

The green-blue tone shifts beautifully as the light passes through the gathered cotton, and it casts such a warm, patterned glow in our hallway. Even though the Tuffley print dates back to the 1800s, it feels surprisingly fresh, almost botanical like real seaweed drifting.
