4711 Acqua Colonia Collection Absolue 午夜檀木

The sandalwood is deep without being overwhelming, and it lingers on my skin for hours without turning cloying. I keep catching whiffs of it hours later and it just makes me smile.

The bottle sits heavy in my hand and the spray is fine, but the real win is how the sandalwood turns deep and almost smoky on my skin after an hour. I put it on before bed and could still catch soft traces of it the next morning.

The sandalwood here is deep and creamy without ever turning powdery, which is exactly what I wanted from a nighttime scent. It sits close to the skin for a few hours but the dry-down is so smooth that I keep catching pleasant whiffs of it well into the evening.
