Acaia Pearl Model S 電子秤 - 白色

The auto-tare timing is spot-on for my pour-over routine, and the display stays readable even in bright morning light. Setup took under a minute and the weight readings feel rock solid from the first drip.

I’ve had scales that lag or drift mid-pour, but this one locks onto weight changes instantly, and the clean white face wipes down easily after a messy dose. The app pairing was surprisingly painless, and now my brew ratios finally feel repeatable.

The timer auto-starts with the first pour, which sounds gimmicky until you realize how much it actually smooths out your workflow. I’ve been using it daily for a week, and the readout is stable even with a hot carafe sitting right on it. It’s made my pour-over routine feel almost meditative.
