Allman Brothers, Gregg Allman, 2009

The texture of the paper stock gives it that authentic gallery feel, and the clarity on Gregg’s expression in this 2009 shot is sharp enough to study for minutes. It’s framed perfectly as the centerpiece of my music room.

The gallery-quality print does justice to that 2009 shot—Gregg’s intensity really comes through in the lighting, and it’s already the focal point of my music room. Framing it was easy since the dimensions are true to the listing.

The photo itself is sharp and the black-and-white tones really capture Gregg’s mood in that 2009 moment, but I wish the print came with a certificate or some info about the edition size. It’s a decent piece for a fan, just feels a bit bare for the price.
